Loving the second “Honestly Healthy” book by Natasha Corrett @honestlyhealthy we have to take small steps to gradually upgrade our eating habits. Then we reach “first class” eating. She says “Not to suggest that it is more expensive, but rather that it provides you with a far greater range of nutrients, from foods not stripped of their natural goodness.” 

Can’t wait to get my hands on the 3rd book!

Make small steps to change your habits, you do not have to be doing everything 100 percent perfectly. Take it gradually and when you are ready, make another change. 

My recent change has been limiting my coffee to 1 a day, cutting out gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast and eggs because of my intolerance. Drinking more herbal tea and boiled water with lemon. I still have many more improvements I would like to make, but I am not ready to do more at this point. It will slowly come!
